Admissions

Enrollment for the 2017-18 school year is now open.
We look forward to you joining our school community.

Tours
of the school are available year round. The best time to visit is during the school day so you can see our students and faculty "in action." Faculty enjoy interacting with our visitors. A personal question and answer visit with the principal will be part of your tour. To schedule a private tour or to receive enrollment information, contact our Director of School Advancement, Lisa Lesjak, at (414) 332-1164 ext. 3024. We hope you will join our growing school community.

Shadow visits are encouraged for students considering a transfer at the fourth through eighth grade levels. A current student with similar interests hosts the guest through a half or full-day visit. Younger children, often accompanied by a parent, may also visit for shorter periods of time.

Application Process
Several forms are required to apply for admission. Parents should complete:
New Student Application for Enrollment
Parent Covenant
Both should then be returned to the school with a check for the registration fee payable to St. Robert School. This fee is non-refundable and is applied to registration fees and tuition. You will receive a confirmation letter when your registration materials have been processed. Note the fee is the same but the amount credited to tuition changes on March 1.

Our Policy
St. Robert School does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its admissions and educational policies, financial aid, athletic and other school-administered activities.  While the majority of our students and their families are Catholic, we welcome children of all faiths and religious backgrounds at our school.

Tuition
We have a tiered tuition structure:
4K - 2nd Grade
3rd - 5th Grade
Middle School (Grades 6 - 8)
As well as rates for 4K Half-Day and 5K Half-Day
Payment plans are available (10 monthly payments is the most popular).

JUST ANNOUNCED FOR 2017-18:
A 10% discount is given to families with three children in the school. Enrollment is FREE for the 4th and subsequent children from the same family.

Financial Assistance
We conduct our financial aid application process in partnership with TADS - our tuition management company. This helps keep the personal information of families more private.
The first deadline to apply for assistance is May 1.  Parents who apply and whose applications are complete by that early date will find out about their aid packages as soon as possible.  Aid will be distributed on a rolling basis after applications are completed after that May 1 deadline.  To apply for aid go to TADS.com or click here.  Near the bottom of the homepage under the Quick Links heading click on Family or Applicant Log In and then follow the steps for the Financial Aid Assessment

Before and After School Care
Milestones, Programs for Children is a nonprofit state licensed child care program that operates school-age programs at elementary schools in the North Shore communities, including St. Robert School. For more information about the Milestones program, call their main office, located adjacent to St. Robert School and Parish, at (414) 964-5545.  Please keep in mind that space in these programs is limited, so apply early.

Choosing your child's school is an important decision.

Consider these questions:
What is some evidence of the competency, quality and commitment of teachers? How does the curriculum engage learners of differing abilities and styles?
How does the school hold itself accountable for student academic progress?
How do parents partner in the educational experience?
What is the unique value of a diploma from this school?
